Our clinic administrators Cheyenne Smith-Peterkin and Doranteena Vincent can help with questions regarding new referrals and consultations to a breast surgeon, or upcoming appointments and follow-up visits if you are already followed by one of our surgeons. If surgery is required, our patient navigator Taahira Payne will help book your surgical date and post-operative follow up visit. She will also organize all pre-operative testing and procedures, and is an excellent resource if you have questions about what to expect the day of your surgery.

Our pivot nurses Erika Martinez and Brandy Vanderbyl will help educate you regarding your diagnosis, surgery, and treatment through one-on-one meetings or their monthly group information sessions. If you are diagnosed with breast cancer and would like to discuss what resources are available to you, we encourage you to contact them. Following surgery, they are also an excellent resource if you have any questions or concerns, or require additional support. You can call, email, or drop in to see them.
